Shipping policy
At checkout, the estimated days for different shipping options does not include processing times needed to package your order with care. Please add the following processing times to better estimate how long it will take for a package to arrive.
All non-subscription orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
There may be additional delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Wine Only: Monthly and Prepaid shipments from the Cúrate Wine Club are sent between the 1st and 5th of each month, while ad hoc orders or reorders of a previous month's Wine Club are shipped according to the processing times listed above. You’ll receive an e-mail notification each time your monthly wine club ships.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Wine Only: For any order containing wine or for a wine club subscription, we are currently only able to ship wine within North Carolina, and to the following states: Connecticut, Florida, Louisiana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Washington DC, West Virginia, and Wyoming. All shipments are sent via UPS Ground and require an adult signature on delivery. We strongly recommend registering for UPS My Choice, which will allow you to better anticipate and reschedule deliveries.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to Canada of all purchases not containing alcohol.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Curate at Home is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@curateathome.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Include a link for customers to track their order if available.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
USPS is the only shipping carrier that can accept a P.O. Box delivery.
Wine Only: Wine may never be shipped to a P.O Box.
