There's no better pairing than charcuterie and wine - together, the acidity of the wine complements the rich, savory notes of cured meats, elevating the tasting experience and creating a delightful symphony for the palate.

With this duo, we've taken the guesswork out of determining the perfect pairing. The pimentón-forward, spreadable sobrasada is balanced beautifully by a sip of Coto de Gomariz La Flor y La Abeja.

Cúrate Sobrasada | 2023 Good Food Award Winner  Lovingly described as chorizo butter, our favorite part of this spreadable, melty Mallorcan delicacy is the tangy acidity that comes from the fermentation.

La Flor y La Abeja | Intense black currant, cherry pit and licorice aromas are complemented by hints of cola and black pepper. Sharply focused dark berry flavors are lifted by a jolt of smoky minerality and a repeating peppery note. Opens up slowly with aeration, picking up a floral quality that carries through a long, fruit-driven finish.

Can't order wine in your state? Check order the Sobrasada solo, or try a trio of all three Cúrate Charcuterie offerings.

Cúrate Charcuterie

Iconic Spanish Flavors

The Cúrate Charcutería began in 2019, after extensive research into how to develop dry cured Spanish-style sausages for our restaurants. We have have dialed in the recipes for Cúrate Chorizo, Salchichón and Sobrasada over time, focusing on quality and tradition. This will always be our focus as we continue to grow.

We’re thrilled to present our award winning Cúrate Charcutería - bringing iconic flavors and true-to-tradition products - to our guests in the restaurants and beyond.
