Cúrate Charcutería Sampler Pack - Set of 3
Welcome to the Cúrate Charcutería: Small Batch | True to tradition | Iconic Spanish Flavors
The Cúrate Charcutería began in 2019 after extensive research into how to develop dry-cured Spanish-style sausages for our restaurants. We have dialed in the recipes for Cúrate Chorizo, Salchichón, and Sobrasada over time, focusing on quality and tradition. This will always be our focus as we continue to grow.
Our Cúrate Chorizo, Salchichón, and Sobrasada are produced in small batches. We begin with whole hogs and butcher with the utmost care, separating types of fat and meat to create the perfect texture, using every part of the animal, and then aging it to develop an intense and complex flavor.
Enjoy our Sampler, or elevate your charcuterie board even further with our Cúrate Charcuterie Tasting Experience.

At the heart of the Cúrate Charcuterie Tasting Experience, you'll find:
• Cúrate Sobrasada - “Spreadable Chorizo”
2023 Good Food Award Winner
Often described as Chorizo butter, this peppery Mallorcan delicacy has a tangy acidity resulting from fermentation.
• Cúrate Salchichón - Spanish Recipe Salami
2024 Good Food Award Winner
A sophisticated staple of Catalonian cuisine. Subtle and mild with hints of black pepper and nutmeg. An example of the care we put into every product.
• Cúrate Chorizo - Iconically Smoky
2024 Good Food Award Winner
Pimentón de la Vera and garlic marry with white wine to add a spark of acidity to our take on this iconic Spanish delicacy. They are aged with a bit of patience and lots of love.
Care Instructions - A Note from the Butcher
• Store the charcuterie in a releasable bag in your refrigerator, but pull it out at least 30 minutes before you enjoy it so it can come to room temperature and be extra delicious.
• Slice chorizo and salchichón on a diagonal, ⅛-inch thick, to showcase texture and impress your friends!
• The presence of mold is regular in cured sausages, much like aged cheese. No wonder they go together so well!
• Remove the casing before eating, but only from the bit you plan on eating! Keeping the charcuterie wrapped keeps it fresh. It's even better to cover the charcuterie's cut side with the wrapping you cut off.
