With this duo, we've taken the guesswork out of determining the perfect pairing. The mild and classic Salchichón is balanced beautifully by a sip of Hacienda Lopez de Haro Blanco, minerally and tart white wine from Rioja

Cúrate Salchichón | 2024 Good Food Award Winner A Catalan classic - mild, cured pork sausage made with Carolina pork, which stars against a backdrop of peppercorns and nutmeg. The perfect addition to any charcuterie board!

Hand-picked bottle of red wine from Spain Expect a renowned Spanish grape variety like Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Monastrell, or maybe a surprise varietal you don't know much about - Souson, Prieto Picudo or Bobal. Each bottle is sure to be a portal to the diverse Spanish terroirs.

As temperatures rise, we at Cúrate at Home modify our shipping days in an effort to minimize exposure to high temperatures and to keep your item in the best shape possible.

During extreme heat (over 85 degrees at the delivery address), we will ship this item on Mondays and Tuesdays only. We recommend that you opt for expedited delivery to further reduce the chance of heat exposure.

The Cúrate Charcutería began in 2019, after extensive research into how to develop dry cured Spanish-style sausages for our restaurants. We have have dialed in the recipes for Cúrate Chorizo, Salchichón and Sobrasada over time, focusing on quality and tradition. This will always be our focus as we continue to grow.
