Limited-Edition Bottled Cúrate Spanish-Style Cider

Made in collaboration with Botanist and Barrel, our bottled Cúrate Cider is infused with crab and heirloom apples grown in the storied orchards of North Carolina and Virginia, then finished in Cognac & Chardonnay barrels before bottling. This small-batch of our signature cider undergoes its final natural fermentation in the bottle using a process similar to vinting champagne.

The result is a dry, refreshing, and lightly effervescent Spanish-style cider with very little residual sugar, perfect for sipping while nibbling charcuterie on a hot summer day.

We are legally able to ship wine within North Carolina, and to the following states: Connecticut, Florida, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Washington DC, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
