El Paeller Chicken and Duck Wood-Fired Paella Base
A pantry staple in Chef Katie Button’s home! This wood-fired paella broth is rich, flavorful, and bursting with a depth of flavor to enhance any rice dish.
We use half a kilo of selected fresh vegetables for each liter of broth, guaranteeing exceptional flavor.
The broth is prepared with 100% natural ingredients without industrial processes, preservatives, or additives. Just classic Mediterranean ingredients are expertly cooked with care. Vegetables are sauteed until golden brown for maximum flavor and then cooked low and slow a la leña (over the fire) for added smokiness and depth. After 30 minutes of resting over the fire, the broth is then canned right away to ensure all those rich, smokey flavor notes and natural nutrients are preserved. This broth is an excellent base for various Mediterranean dishes, including ideuàs, rice dishes, stews, and suquets, and it is not just for Paella.
