El Paeller Seafood Wood-Fired Paella Base
A pantry staple in Chef Katie Button’s home! This wood-fired paella broth is rich, flavorful, and bursting with a depth of flavor sure to enhance any rice dish.
We use half a kilo of selected fresh vegetables for each litre of broth, guaranteeing exceptional flavor and quality and with the guarantee of the European Vegan Food certificate.
Broth is prepared from over two pounds of veggies, including young garlic, white cabbage, turnips, leeks and carrots, as well as an assortment of 100% natural ingredients, made without any industrial processes, preservatives, or additives. Just classic Mediterranean ingredients expertly cooked with care. Vegetables are sauteed until golden brown for maximum flavor, and then cooked low and slow a la leña (over the fire) for added smokiness and depth. The broth is then canned right away after 30 minutes resting over the fire to make sure all those rich, smokey flavor notes and natural nutrients are preserved. Guaranteed with a European Vegan Food certificate. No traces of animal products or seafood here: just an extra flavorful vegetable base!
